Data recovery under the new normal

We are slowly resuming our operation to provide data recovery service to customers. But it’s still not Business as Usual.

We are implementing a No Visitor policy for now.

We will be open from 9am to 2pm, every Monday, Wednesday and Friday (MWF).

We cannot accept visitors for now, so its better that we discuss your data loss situation before sending the device to us.

Please do the following:

  1. Send us an email at recovery@trionyx.ph or fill up our inquiry form from our website.
  2. Download our data recovery form. Please fill up the form and email it back to us at recovery@trionyx.ph

Once we received your inquiry, we will call you to discuss your data loss situation.

We will email you shipping instruction after the phone discussion.
